Processing & Shipping?
For items in stock, please allow a processing and shipping time of 7-10 business days total. Pre-ordered items will take anywhere from 10-14 business days for processing and shipping. If for any reason there is a delay in your order. We will contact you via email to inform you of the delay. If your order has been shipped and picked up by the courier and it has not been delivered, please contact the shipping company and then send a email with order number. This is so I can follow up with the shipping company. Unfortunately I have no control over the shipping company, but will try my best to help resolve the issue. There is no express/overnight shipping at the moment and I only ship in the U.S

Returns & Refunds?
Because this is shape wear and due to COVID, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS!!! NO EXCEPTIONS! Please make sure you are picking the right size and selecting the right product. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS!! Only exception will be for post surgical care, if you book your package before your procedure and you have a medical reason. As to why you can not continue with your cosmetic surgery. You will have to provide a letter from your doctor stating why you can’t continue with the cosmetic surgery.

Booking & Travel?
When booking you have 2 options, you can select Book Appointment or Buy Now Pay Later. Buy Now Pay Later allows you to use AFTERPAY at checkout, this allows you to book your appointment now and pay later in 4 installments. The Book Appointment option will require you to pay your deposit and then the remaining balance when you arrive for your session. I only travel for Post Surgical care (1st month or 2), body wraps, wood therapy and infrared sauna! You have to select a travel option when booking if needed. Travel fees can be increased depending on distance and requirements. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please pay attention to your email, I will send consent forms for you to complete and before and after instructions.

Cancellation & Late Policy?
NO CALL NO SHOW, YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND APPOINTMENT! IF IT IS A PACKAGE,THAT SESSION WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PACKAGE! 15 MINS LATE NO COMMUNICATION AND YOU STILL SHOW UP, TIME WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SESSION! OVER 15 MINS LATE AUTOMATIC RESCHEDULE!! IF YOU ARE NEEDING A RESCHEDULE, YOU MUST SEND THE REQUEST 24 HRS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION OR LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. I UNDERSTAND EMERGENCIES HAPPEN, COMMUNICATION IS KEY! AFTER YOUR 3RD RESCHEDULE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-BOOK AND PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT. YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO RESCHEDULE FROM THE DAY OF YOUR CANCELLATION OR YOU WILL FORFEIT THE APPOINTMENT . YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO REDEEM A PACKAGE OF 4 OR 5 SESSIONS & 90 DAYS TO REDEEM YOUR FULL PACKAGE OF 10 SESSIONS. IF THEY ARE NOT REDEEMED YOU WILL FORFEIT THE REMAINING OF YOUR PACKAGE. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
